Ann Beach Biography
Ann Beach (7 June 1938 – 9 March 2017) was a British actress known for her supporting roles in television and stage productions. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Sonia Barrett, the quirky next-door neighbour, in the comedy series Fresh Fields. Beach began her career after winning a scholarship to RADA at the age of 16 and later worked with notable figures such as Frankie Howerd and Emlyn Williams. She was also a member of the BBC's Radio Drama Company. Apart from her acting career, Beach was married to Francis Coleman and had two children, Charlotte Coleman and Lisa Coleman.
