Ann Firbank

Ann Firbank (born January 9, 1933) is a British actress known for her work in film, television, and stage. She began her career in 1956 and has since appeared in various notable roles. One of her most memorable performances was as Anne Elliot in the 1971 ITV serial Persuasion, based on Jane Austen's novel. Firbank has also appeared in films such as Accident (1967), The Scarlet Pimpernel (1982), and Anna and the King (1999). In addition to her screen work, she has received critical acclaim for her stage performances, including in productions like The Golden Dragon (2012) and The Crucible (2014).
