Ann Mitchell (born 22 April 1939) is a British stage and television actress. She gained recognition in the 1980s for her portrayal of Dolly Rawlins in the crime series Widows, along with its sequels Widows 2 and She's Out. Mitchell's career also includes notable roles such as Cora Cross in the BBC soap opera EastEnders, where she played the mother of Tanya Branning and Rainie Cross. With a background in theatre, film, and radio, Mitchell has appeared in various productions, including Mrs. Warren's Profession and the Laurence Olivier Award-nominated performance in Through the Leaves.
