Anna Konkle

Anna Konkle (born April 7, 1987) is an American actress, writer, and director. She gained recognition for her role as Anna Kone on Hulu's comedy series PEN15, which she co-created and stars in alongside Maya Erskine. Born in Randolph, Vermont, Konkle's family moved to Scituate, Massachusetts when she was young. She attended public schools there and later enrolled at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Initially studying musical theater, she switched to the Experimental Theater Wing after discovering she had vocal nodules. During her time at NYU, she met Maya Erskine, with whom she formed a close friendship and went on to create PEN15.
