Annes Elwy

Annes Elwy (born 7 June 1992) is a Welsh actress known for her versatile screen roles in both English and Welsh language productions. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Beth March in the 2017 BBC adaptation of 'Little Women'. Annes grew up in Penarth and attended school in Barry before honing her acting skills at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in Cardiff. Her talent has been acknowledged with a nomination for the Best Actress award at the BAFTA Cymru awards in 2018. Annes has also made a mark in theatre with notable performances in productions such as 'The Crucible', 'YEN', and 'No Other Like Today/Diwrnod Heb Ei Debyg'. Recently, she delivered a captivating and magnetic performance in the 2021 Welsh language horror film 'Gwledd/The Feast'.
