Anthony Laciura is an American actor and operatic tenor, known for his abilities as a comprimario. He was born on September 27, 1951, in New Orleans and studied voice with Charles Paddock. Laciura made his operatic debut as a boy soprano in 1965 at the New Orleans Opera Association. As an adult, he performed with the same company and earned music degrees from Loyola University and Tulane University. Laciura is best known for his role as Eddie Kessler in the television series Boardwalk Empire (2010–13). He has also appeared in over 800 performances with the Metropolitan Opera, debuting in 1982 as the Major-domo in Der Rosenkavalier.
