Anthony Scaramucci (born January 6, 1964) is an American financier and former White House Director of Communications. He worked at Goldman Sachs from 1989 to 1996 and later founded the investment firms Oscar Capital Management and SkyBridge Capital. In July 2017, Scaramucci was appointed as the White House Communications Director, but he was dismissed just ten days later after making controversial remarks in an interview. Since then, he has been critical of President Donald Trump and expressed support for Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
