Antonia Lofaso

Antonia Marie Lofaso is an American celebrity chef and restaurateur. Born in 1976, Lofaso attended the French Culinary Institute in New York City, where she also worked as a manager at Sean Combs' restaurant, Justin. She gained recognition for her appearances on popular reality television shows such as Top Chef, Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Restaurant Startup. Lofaso has worked as a chef at renowned Los Angeles restaurants Spago and Foxtail. She currently owns and serves as the executive chef of several Los Angeles restaurants including Black Market Liquor Bar, Scopa Italian Roots, DAMA, and The Local Peasant. Lofaso's culinary expertise and TV appearances have made her a prominent figure in the culinary industry.
