Antony Starr is a New Zealand actor known for his roles in various television series. He gained recognition for his dual roles as Jethro and Van West in the series Outrageous Fortune (2005–2010). Starr also portrayed Lucas Hood in the series Banshee (2013–2016) and Homelander in the series The Boys (2019–present), along with its spin-offs. In addition to his television work, Starr has appeared in films such as Wish You Were Here (2012) and After the Waterfall (2010). He began his acting career in the 1990s with small parts in Shortland Street and guest roles in Xena: Warrior Princess. Starr has received critical acclaim, including winning the AACTA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Wish You Were Here.
