April Terri Winchell (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, writer, and radio host. She is best known as the voice of Clarabelle Cow since 1996. Winchell was born in 1960 to inventor, ventriloquist, and comedian Paul Winchell and his second wife, Nina Russel. She has written about her childhood in her weblog, discussing her father's talent and mental health issues. Winchell has worked on numerous projects, including her role as Sylvia in the Disney Channel animated series Wander Over Yonder. Created by Craig McCracken and Lauren Faust, the show follows the adventures of Wander and his steed Sylvia. It premiered in September 2013.
