Ari Emanuel
Ariel Zev Emanuel, born in 1961, is an American businessman and the CEO of Endeavor, an entertainment and media agency that owns the UFC and WWE. He played a key role in the merger of Endeavor Talent Agency and the William Morris Agency in June 2009. Emanuel was raised in Wilmette, Illinois, in a Jewish family, and is the brother of former Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel, oncologist Ezekiel Emanuel, and sister Shoshana Emanuel. His father, Benjamin M. Emanuel, was a pediatrician and active in the Zionist paramilitary group, the Irgun. His mother, Marsha Emanuel, was a civil rights activist and a former owner of a rock and roll club in the Chicago area. Emanuel was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia during his third grade.
