Arija Bareikis is an American actress, born on July 21, 1966. She gained recognition for her role as Officer Chickie Brown in the TV crime drama Southland. Her notable film appearances include Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo and The Purge. Bareikis graduated from Stanford University in 1988 and has a Lithuanian first name. Her mother is Carol Harton, and her father, Bob Bareikis, is a professor of Germanic literature at Indiana University. She has one sister, Anitra. Alongside Rob Schneider, Bareikis played Kate in Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo. She also portrayed LAPD police officer Chickie Brown in the police drama series Southland. Her most recent screen role was in a 2016 episode of the television series Power, as MJ.
