Arthur J. Nascarella

Arthur J. Nascarella (born November 18, 1944) is an American actor known for his roles in numerous films and television shows. He is often cast as a mobster or police officer, showcasing his versatile range. Nascarella's notable film credits include Cop Land (1997), Bringing Out The Dead (1999), and The Cooler (2003). His most recognizable role came in the hit television series The Sopranos, where he portrayed the character Carlo Gervasi for 28 episodes from 2002 to 2007. Prior to his acting career, Nascarella served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years and was a member of the New York City Police Department for 21 years. He has also worked with director Spike Lee on several films, including New Jersey Drive (1995), Clockers (1995), and BlacKkKlansman (2018).
