Ashlee Simpson

Ashlee Ross-Næss, known professionally as Ashlee Simpson, is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and television personality. Born on October 3, 1984, she began her career as a backup dancer for her sister, Jessica Simpson, and appeared in television commercials at the age of 15. Simpson gained recognition for her main role on the family drama 7th Heaven and her appearances on the reality show Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica. She became the star of her own spin-off reality series, The Ashlee Simpson Show. In 2004, Simpson achieved breakout success with her debut single, 'Pieces of Me,' which became a top-five hit in the United States.
