Aubrey Joseph

Aubrey Omari Joseph (born November 26, 1997) is an American actor known for his role as Tyrone Johnson / Cloak in Freeform's Cloak & Dagger. He began his acting career on Broadway, portraying Simba in The Lion King musical. In January 2017, Joseph was cast as Tyrone Johnson / Cloak in Marvel's Cloak & Dagger, a television series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The show aired on Freeform and ran for two seasons, concluding in May 2019. Joseph's casting was coincidental, as he was in the middle of watching Luke Cage when he got the audition. He starred alongside Olivia Holt in the series.
