Aurora Browne is a Canadian actress and comedian known for her work in both film and television. She gained recognition as one of the creators and stars of the popular sketch comedy series Baroness von Sketch Show. Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Browne is currently based in Toronto. In 2000, she was nominated for the Tim Sims Encouragement Fund Award and later joined Toronto's The Second City comedy troupe, where she co-wrote and performed in several Mainstage revues. Browne has also appeared in various TV shows, including Comedy Inc. and Corner Gas. Her talent and improvisational skills have earned her accolades, including the 2008 Canadian Comedy Award for Best Female Improviser.
