Barbara Sharma

Barbara Sharma, born on September 14, 1938, in Dallas, is an American actress and dancer known for her work in nightclubs, stage, television, and film. She started dancing at the age of 4, and by the age of 9, she was already performing professionally in nightclubs in Miami and Havana, Cuba. Barbara had a notable association with Bob Fosse, working as a lead dancer in his company for five seasons. She gained recognition for originating roles in several prominent musicals on Broadway during the 1960s. She also had regular appearances on the TV show Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In from 1970 to 1972. Barbara was a main cast member on the short-lived TV series Glitter in 1984-1985 and had recurring roles in shows like Becker, Frasier, Chico and the Man, and Rhoda. Additionally, she appeared in numerous commercials spanning several decades.
