Stock is best known for portraying Susan Silverman in the ABC crime drama series Spenser: For Hire from 1985 to 1988. She also played Liz Adams in the final season of the CBS primetime soap opera Dallas in 1990-1991. Additionally, Stock appeared as Heather Wilson in two episodes of season five of Dallas.
