Becky Johnson

Becky Johnson (born February 14, 1978) is a Canadian comedian, writer, actress, improviser, craftsperson, and organizer. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Johnson attended several schools including Queen Elisabeth Annex Primary School, Ecole Jules Quesnel, Kitsilano Secondary School, and Prince of Wales Secondary. During high school, she developed her skills in improvised comedy through the Canadian Improv Games and performed in high school plays and at Arts Umbrella. After studying at the Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre in Blue Lake, California, Johnson relocated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in 2000 to focus on clowning and non-literary theatre. She co-founded Clown Hall, a physical theatre studio, and has been involved in numerous projects in the comedy and theatre industries.
