Belita Moreno

Belita Moreno, born Aurabela Moreno on November 1, 1949, is an American actress. She is best known for her roles as Benita 'Benny' Lopez on the ABC sitcom George Lopez and as Edwina Twinkacetti and Lydia Markham on Perfect Strangers. Moreno was born in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from Justin F. Kimball High School. She studied Theatre at Southern Methodist University and continued her acting studies at the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts. Moreno made her film debut in 3 Women, directed by Robert Altman, and went on to appear in other films such as Mommie Dearest and Swing Shift. She is married to talent agent Joel Rudnick and they have two children.
