Bella Dayne

Bella Dayne, born Isabelle Knispel on January 8, 1988, is a German actress known for her work in television. She has appeared in popular shows such as Plebs, Humans, and the BBC/Netflix miniseries Troy: Fall of a City, where she portrayed the iconic character of Helen of Troy. In 2020, she joined the cast of the Netflix original show Cursed, taking on the role of Red Spear. Dayne was born and raised in Berlin, and at the age of 16, she participated in the Miss East Germany contest. After winning the Miss Germany competition in 2006, she moved to New York City to study at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. With notable roles in Humans and Troy: Fall of a City, Dayne has established herself as a talented and versatile actress.
