Bella Ramsey Biography
Bella Ramsey, born Isabella May Ramsey on September 25, 2003, is an English actor known for their breakout role as Lyanna Mormont in the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones from 2016 to 2019. They also gained recognition for their portrayal of Ellie in the HBO drama series The Last of Us, which began in 2023. Ramsey received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for their performance in The Last of Us. In addition to their television work, they played Mildred Hubble in the 2017 CBBC series The Worst Witch and starred in the 2022 historical comedy film Catherine Called Birdy. Ramsey's talent was nurtured through their early involvement with Stagecoach Theatre Arts and the Television Workshop. They were born and raised in Nottingham, England and pursued secondary education through the online school King's InterHigh.
