Ben Browder

Ben Browder is an American actor, writer, and film director, best known for his roles as John Crichton in Farscape and Cameron Mitchell in Stargate SG-1. He was born on December 11, 1962, in Memphis, Tennessee, and grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. Browder attended Furman University, where he played football and earned a degree in psychology. He met his wife, actress Francesca Buller, while studying at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Browder appeared in the 3rd season of Party of Five as Sam Brody and moved to Australia during the production of Farscape. After the show's cancellation, he returned to the United States in 2003.
