Benjamin Joseph Schwartz, born on September 15, 1981, is an American actor and comedian. He is known for his roles in both television and film. Schwartz has appeared as Jean-Ralphio Saperstein in the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation and as Clyde Oberholt in the Showtime series House of Lies. He has lent his voice to characters such as Randy Cunningham in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, Dewey Duck in DuckTales, and Leonardo in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Schwartz has also been featured in various episodes of the CollegeHumor web series Jake and Amir.
