Benjamin James Ayres (born January 19, 1977) is a Canadian actor known for his role as Dr. Zach Miller in the CTV series Saving Hope. He also had a recurring role on the HBO Canada series Less Than Kind. Ayres gained recognition for his portrayal of Casper Jesperson in the CBC Television series jPod, based on the Douglas Coupland novel. He was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for his work on Less Than Kind. Ayres is a distant relative of character actor Boris Karloff.
