Bill Ratner

Bill Ratner (born February 25, 1947) is an American voice actor, author, and solo performance artist. He gained recognition as the voice of Flint in Hasbro's syndicated TV cartoon, G.I. Joe. Ratner's distinctive voice has been featured in numerous movie trailers, including Inside Out, Talladega Nights, Blades of Glory, Kung Fu Panda, The Love Guru, and Monsters vs. Aliens. He has also narrated documentaries for channels such as Discovery, A&E, The Weather Channel, and History. Ratner's voice can be heard in popular video games like Kings Quest, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Mass Effect. Additionally, he serves as a voice-over announcer for television stations throughout the United States. Ratner is also an accomplished author, with his book Parenting for the Digital Age receiving critical acclaim and winning multiple awards.
