Bill Raymond, born on September 9, 1938, is an American actor known for his versatile roles in film, television, theater, and radio drama. He gained recognition for his portrayal of 'The Greek' in the HBO drama series The Wire during its second and fifth seasons. Raymond has made notable appearances in various TV shows including Miami Vice, Law & Order, Third Watch, Ed, and As the World Turns. In 2015, he played Grand Albert in the popular kids TV show, Super Wings. His film credits include Eight Men Out, Michael Clayton, The Crow, Quick Change, 12 Monkeys, and Dogville. Raymond's talent extends to the stage, having co-starred as Dr. Carroll in The Cobblestone Corridor. He also played the role of Speaker of the United States House of Representatives Schuyler Colfax in Steven Spielberg's Lincoln.
