Billy Barratt

Billy Ace Barratt, born on June 16, 2007, is an English actor known for his remarkable performance in the television film Responsible Child. At the age of 13, Barratt became the youngest person to win an International Emmy Award. Hailing from Brixton, London, United Kingdom, he comes from a talented lineage. His mother is actress and presenter Carolyn Owlett, a member of the girl band the 411, and his grandfather is the Welsh singer Shakin' Stevens. Barratt started his acting career with television roles and made his film debut in 2016 with To Dream. He then had a small role in the 2018 film Mary Poppins Returns as a street urchin. In 2019, Barratt portrayed Ray in Responsible Child, a film that explores the question of whether a child can be held responsible for their actions when charged with murder.
