Blake Lively

Blake Ellender Lively (born August 25, 1987) is an American actress. She made her professional debut in the film Sandman (1998), directed by her father, Ernie Lively. Lively gained recognition for her role as Bridget Vreeland in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005) and its sequel (2008). She also appeared in the comedy Accepted (2006). Lively became widely known for her portrayal of Serena van der Woodsen in the CW teen drama television series Gossip Girl (2007–2012). Her film credits include New York, I Love You (2008), The Private Lives of Pippa Lee (2009), The Town (2010), Green Lantern (2011), and Savages (2012).
