Blake Ritson Biography
Blake Ritson is an English actor, born on 14 January 1978 in London. He attended the Dolphin School in Reading, Berkshire until 1993, before going to St Paul's School in West London on an academic scholarship. Ritson studied English and Medieval Italian at Jesus College, Cambridge, and graduated in 2000. He started his acting career while still a student, performing on both stage and screen in productions such as White Chameleon, Macbeth, and Arcadia at the National Theatre. Ritson is best known for his roles as King Edward III in World Without End, the Duke of Kent in Upstairs Downstairs, Mr Elton in Emma, and Edmund Bertram in Mansfield Park. He has also appeared in Red Cap and A Touch of Frost.
