Bonnie Bartlett Daniels (born June 20, 1929) is an American actress known for her roles on television. She began her career in the 1950s on the daytime drama Love of Life. Bartlett gained popularity for her portrayal of Grace Snider Edwards on the beloved series Little House on the Prairie and as Ellen Craig on the medical drama St. Elsewhere. Notably, her husband, William Daniels, also an actor, played her on-screen spouse in St. Elsewhere. In 1986, they became the first married couple to win Emmy Awards on the same night. Bartlett was born in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin and raised in Moline, Illinois. She studied acting with Lee Strasberg and has enjoyed a successful career spanning over seven decades.
