Bonnie Milligan

Bonnie Milligan is a musical theatre performer and television actor known for her powerful belting style of singing and wide vocal range. She gained recognition for her role as Debra in Kimberly Akimbo, for which she received the 2023 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical. Originally from Illinois and Ohio, Milligan grew up in a challenging financial situation after her parents' divorce. She graduated from high school in Archbold, Ohio, and went on to earn a theatre degree from Ohio State University in 2006. Milligan then moved to New York City to pursue a career in musical theatre, working as a waiter while attending auditions. Her perseverance paid off, leading to her breakthrough performance.
