Bonnie Somerville Biography
Bonnie Somerville (born February 24, 1974) is an American actress and singer. She has had roles in a number of movies and television series, including Friends, NYPD Blue, Grosse Pointe, The O.C., Cashmere Mafia, Without a Paddle, and Golden Boy. Somerville starred as Dr. Christa Lorenson in season one of the CBS medical drama Code Black. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Somerville began acting and singing in high school and studied Musical Theater at Boston College. She moved to Los Angeles at the age of 22, where she formed a band and got an agent. Her first acting job was as an extra in the 1996 film City Hall.
