Boris Kodjoe Biography
Boris Kodjoe is a German actor and former model known for his roles in movies and TV shows. Born on March 8, 1973, in Vienna, Austria, Kodjoe's parents divorced when he was six. He grew up in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, and has a brother named Patrick and two sisters named Nadja and Lara. Kodjoe gained fame for his role as Kelby in the 2002 film Brown Sugar and as Damon Carter in the Showtime series Soul Food. He has also appeared in other TV shows like Code Black, The Last Man on Earth, Real Husbands of Hollywood, and Station 19. Kodjoe's mother is a German psychologist of partially Jewish descent, and his father is a Ghanaian physician of the Nzema people.
