Brad Ellis

Brad Ellis is an American composer, musical director, singer, orchestrator, and jazz pianist. He is best known for his role as Brad the quiet pianist on the popular Fox television show Glee. Ellis grew up in the Boston area and attended Lexington High School. He studied music composition at Boston's Berklee College of Music while working various gigs. Ellis had a long association with the Off-Broadway satirical revue Forbidden Broadway and met his wife, comedienne Eydie Alyson, during this time. He is also the leader of the Brad Ellis Little Big Band and has produced recordings. Ellis has arranged, orchestrated, and conducted for the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
