Brad Oscar Biography
Brad Oscar (born September 22, 1964) is an American musical theatre actor known for his performances on Broadway. He has appeared in numerous musicals including The Producers and Jekyll and Hyde. Oscar earned two Tony Award nominations, one for his role as Franz Liebkind in The Producers and another for his role as Thomas Nostradamus in Something Rotten!. He graduated with a BFA from the Boston University College of Fine Arts in 1986 and received a Distinguished Alumni Award in 2006. Oscar made his Broadway debut in the 1990 musical Aspects of Love and went on to portray various roles in Jekyll and Hyde. However, it was his portrayal of Franz Liebkind in The Producers that garnered him the most acclaim, earning him a Tony nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Musical.
