Bradley Whitford is an American actor and producer, born on October 10, 1959. He is widely recognized for his portrayal of White House Deputy Chief of Staff Josh Lyman in the NBC television political drama The West Wing (1999–2006). Whitford received three consecutive Primetime Emmy nominations from 2001 to 2003, winning the award in 2001. He also earned three consecutive Golden Globe nominations for this role. Whitford has appeared in various other notable projects including Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, The Good Guys, The Mentalist, Billy Madison, The Post, Get Out, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Darkest Minds, and Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
