Brandon Paul Flynn is an American actor best known for his role as Justin Foley in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. He was born on October 11, 1993, in Miami, Florida and attended the New World School of the Arts for high school. Flynn graduated from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. He made his acting debut at the age of ten in a musical version of Peter Pan. Flynn has also appeared in other TV shows such as BrainDead and Ratched, as well as the horror movie Hellraiser.
