Brian Bosworth Biography
Brian Keith Bosworth, commonly known as Brian Bosworth or 'the Boz', is an American actor and former football linebacker. Born on March 9, 1965, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Bosworth attended MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas, where he gained recognition as a two-time consensus All-American for the football team. He graduated in 1983 and went on to play college football for the University of Oklahoma. Bosworth's college football career was highly successful, earning him two Dick Butkus Awards. In 1987, he was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the first round of the NFL supplemental draft. Unfortunately, his professional career was cut short due to injury. Following his retirement from football, Bosworth transitioned into acting and has appeared in various movies and TV shows. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
