Brian Capron Biography
Brian Capron is an English actor, born on 11 February 1947. He trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Capron is best known for his role as serial killer Richard Hillman in the long-running ITV soap opera Coronation Street, appearing from 2001-03. He also played the role of the teacher Mr Stuart 'Hoppy' Hopwood in Grange Hill from 1980-1983. Capron has appeared in other notable TV shows such as EastEnders, where he played Jerry McKenzie from 1993-1994, and Taggart as Andrew Donelson. Additionally, he has made appearances in Minder and The Gentle Touch. Capron's talent and versatility have made him a respected figure in the industry.
