Brian Tochi Biography
Brian Tochi (born Brian Keith Tochihara) is an American actor known for his roles in various TV series and films. He gained popularity in the late 1960s and 1970s as one of the most widely seen East Asian child actors on U.S. television. Tochi is best recognized for his portrayals of Toshiro Takashi in the Revenge of the Nerds film franchise, Cadet Tomoko Nogata in the Police Academy film series, and as the voice of Leonardo in the live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films. Tochi was born in Los Angeles, California and is the son of Joe Isao Tochihara and Jane Yaeko Tochihara, both of Japanese heritage, who were interned during World War II.
