Bridey Elliott (born July 27, 1990) is an American actress, comedian, writer, and film director. She gained recognition after starring in the SXSW Grand Jury Prize-winning film Fort Tilden (2015) and playing a role in Steven Soderbergh's Mosaic (2017). Elliott also appeared in the HBO comedy Silicon Valley and portrayed tennis player Julie Heldman in Battle of the Sexes (2017). As a director, she debuted with the short comedy Affections, which won the Special Jury Prize at the Independent Film Festival Boston. Her feature-length directorial debut, Clara's Ghost, premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival and features her mother, Paula Nierdert Elliott, and Haley Joel Osment in leading roles. Elliott's father and sister, who are both Saturday Night Live alumni, also appear in the film.
