Brock O'Hurn (born August 19, 1991) is an American model, actor, fitness trainer, and producer. He gained recognition for popularizing the man bun through his Instagram account. O'Hurn was born in Sacramento, California, and is the second oldest of five siblings. He attended multiple schools in California, which affected his education. O'Hurn discovered bodybuilding in high school and began working on his physique. In addition to his modeling career, he has founded two companies, O'Hurn Media Inc. and Outlaw Logic Pictures. O'Hurn's diverse ancestry includes English, Irish, French, and German roots. He adopted the 'O' in his name to reconnect with his family's original Irish surname, O'Hearn.
