Brooke Valentine Biography
Brooke Valentine, born Kanesha Nichole Brookes on October 5, 1984, is an American singer known for her hit single 'Girlfight' which peaked on U.S. music charts in 2005. She started her career as a member of the female group Best Kept Secret before pursuing a solo career. Valentine moved to Los Angeles, California with producer Deja the Great and signed to Virgin Records. Her debut album 'Chain Letter' was released through Subliminal Entertainment imprint on Virgin Records and sold over 290,000 units worldwide. In 2012, Valentine made a comeback with two singles 'Forever' and 'Don't Wanna Be In Love'. She has gained international success and recognition for her music.
