Bruce Davison Biography
Bruce Allen Davison (born June 28, 1946) is an American actor and director. He gained recognition for his starring role as Willard Stiles in the cult horror film Willard (1971). Davison's notable roles also include his Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe-winning performance in Longtime Companion (1989) and his portrayal of Thomas Semmes in the HBO film Vendetta. He appeared in the X-Men film franchise, playing the character Robert Kelly in X-Men (2000) and X2 (2003). In recent years, Davison has been seen in films such as Words and Pictures (2013) and Get a Job (2016), as well as having a recurring role on The Fosters (2015–2016). Davison was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended Marple Newtown Senior High School and New York University.
