Bruce Ornstein

Bruce Ornstein (born 1957) is an American actor and director known for his role as 'Gus' in the 1977 film Saturday Night Fever. Since his debut in Saturday Night Fever, Ornstein has appeared in numerous films, television movies, television program episodes, and stage plays. He wrote and directed the film Jack and His Friends, featuring Sam Rockwell, and co-wrote and directed the independent film Vamperifica in 2012, which won several awards including Best Picture and Best Vampire Comedy at the 2012 Indie Horror Festival. Ornstein is also a renowned acting teacher in New York City and is currently an adjunct professor in the Columbia University MFA Program for Film.
