Bruno Feldeisen

Bruno Feldeisen (born 1965) is a French chef, restaurateur, and television personality. Currently, he serves as the executive chef at the Semiahmoo Resort near Blaine, Washington, and is a renowned judge for The Great Canadian Baking Show on CBC Television. Feldeisen gained prominence as the former executive pastry chef for the Four Seasons Hotel New York and Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver. He is also a former instructor at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and has been nominated multiple times for the prestigious James Beard Award. Originally from Clermont-Ferrand, France, Feldeisen moved to the United States in the 1980s and settled in Vancouver in 2007. In addition to his culinary achievements, he is a spokesman for the mental health advocacy group Anxiety Canada. Feldeisen has showcased his culinary skills on various cooking competition shows, including Sweet Genius, Chopped Canada, Donut Showdown, and Beat Bobby Flay.
