Brynn Thayer is an American actress best known for her work on television. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Jenny Wolek on the soap opera One Life to Live from 1978 to 1986, which earned her a Daytime Emmy Award nomination. After leaving the show, Thayer transitioned to primetime television, starring in TV 101 from 1988 to 1989 and Island Son from 1989 to 1990. In 1992, she joined the cast of the ABC legal series Matlock as Leanne MacIntyre, and later had a regular role in the series Pensacola: Wings of Gold from 1997 to 1998. Thayer has also appeared in films such as Hero and the Terror (1988) and Murder in Mexico: The Bruce Beresford-Redman Story (2015).
