Burgess Jenkins Biography
Burgess Jenkins (born October 24, 1973) is an American actor known for his work in the film Remember the Titans alongside Denzel Washington and as Hilary Swank's husband David Winter in The Reaping (2007). He was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and graduated from Richard J. Reynolds High School and Lenoir-Rhyne University. Jenkins portrayed religious leader John Wesley in the independent film Wesley (2009) and has appeared on television shows such as One Tree Hill, Marry Me, and Drop Dead Diva. He was also nominated for Best Actor at the Boston Film Festival for his role in Insignificant Others.
