Byron Thames Biography
Byron Thames (born April 23, 1969) is an American actor and musician. He was born in Jackson, Mississippi and later moved to New Orleans, Louisiana. At the age of eight, Thames relocated to Hollywood, California with his mother to pursue his acting career. In 1981, he was cast in the NBC television series Father Murphy, where he starred opposite Merlin Olsen. The show ran for two seasons. Thames also appeared in Johnny Dangerously and Blame It on the Night, where he played a child version of Michael Keaton's character. In 1985, he received a starring role in Seven Minutes in Heaven, alongside Jennifer Connelly and Maddie Corman. Thames made several other television and film appearances throughout the 1980s.
